These terms are here to ensure every session runs smoothly and that both your time and mine are respected.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid before your session or on the day.

If your plans change, appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as it’s unlikely I’ll be able to fill the session at short notice. If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help.

Please arrive around five minutes before your appointment. If you’re running late, just let me know. Sessions will still finish at the scheduled time where another client is booked afterwards.

Your private online gallery will normally be delivered within five working days and will remain available for seven days after delivery.

Your chosen session includes the number of edited portraits listed when booking. If you’d like to keep any additional photographs, extra edited portraits are available for £10 each.

Copyright remains with Still Grain Studio. You’re welcome to use your photographs for personal use, social media and self-promotion. Commercial use by third parties may require written permission.

If you’d prefer your photographs not to appear on the Still Grain Studio website, Instagram or in my portfolio, simply let me know before or during your session. There is absolutely no obligation.
